I have been using Ambio for a while. It works well and has a bit of customization, even only using the free offerings, plus the ability to mix loaded sounds into custom soundscapes.
I am in the middle of this decision right now. I can spend about $2k refreshing my ‘05 Saab, or dump $30k into a new something.
Money, and the fact that new cars are rediculously overpriced. I just can't justify spending money on one when 5 minutes off the lot it depreciates by half.
My ‘78 Bronco agrees.
-How is the fit and finish of the interior compared to Ice Mini models of the same year?
Strange question, but why not find a good 97 or 98 and do the manual swap into it? Not that I am one to talk, seeing as how I am rebuilding/reviving a 78 Bronco. And yes, I have owned Jeeps in the past, and I like them.
I could swear I had seen this over on bringatrailer last week or thereabouts.
My job, and the local government, are pushing for less driving and more healthy activities like walking or biking. We will be moving to a new building in the next few years with no parking. The plan is to move the workers to public transit.
This makes me very glad my daily driver is a 2005 Saab, and my weekend toy is a 1978 Bronco. I can talk to myself all day and not worry about anyone listening, or and big Corp tracking me! Now let me just update my Facebook profile with my current road and which burger joint I'm going to, and finish this Instagram…
This is pretty much where I am. I make a decent amount of money for the area, but it is put towards cost of living expenses. There's just not enough headroom over expenses for a big monthly car payment. So, I am stuck driving my 2005 Saab.
I pile as much as I can on top of the Bronco, slowly idle down the street, the drive away like normal, leaving a huge swath of color behind me. Saves me from bagging the leaves and keeps the next street cleaning crew busy!
Now I am having flashbacks to the Africar.
Just wondering.
Great! I can fit 4 under the hood of my 1970 F100 and line the underbody with battery packs! I can get 440hp and an ungodly amount of torque!
Life-long gun owner, here.
Research paper in about 2 years:
Sorry, but this sounds like the modern equivalent of the old Red Flag Laws. We neither need nor want extra noise. The tires crunching on the ground are more than enough to give away a car moving.
Now this iteration of the Leaf is a great improvement. Looks like a normal hatch with good range. Better than the bug-eyed monstrosity from before.
