I saw it yesterday with a friend and we both enjoyed it immensely. And I think you hit the nail on the head, Charlie Jane. There's something pure about this film, just as there always was with best Muppets episodes. They sell the notion of talking to puppets like real people without pandering; even the celebrity

That was EXACTLY what I thought of immediately after reading the headline. +1 internets.

I'm sorry, but as far as I'm concerned, Japanese tentacle rape porn is more romantic than this property. I'm not a "hater" per se. Hate requires much more emotional amperage than I have for it. But that's kind of my point. It also requires more emotional amperage than the characters/actors themselves appear to have

Y'know...I'm actually thinking EMP. That seems like it would be more his style than even a Taser.

Damn. You totally beat me to it.

I thought I was fine until I threw up in my mouth a little.

Damn it!

@Yummsh: Agreed. And you should sell tickets, because I would totally buy tickets to see that.

I just got some good friends into this show tonight. Had them watch "Blink" and "Girl in the Fireplace". They immediately went back to the first episode of series 1 and are rolling on it. I'm stoked on so many levels.

@EyeHeartPie LOL! She does. Only when you outweigh her by 130 pounds and are probably a foot taller, those expressions are less scary and more cute. Actually, for me her cuteness works against her, because she almost doesn't look like an adult. At least, that's how it was seven years ago when I last had occasion to

@nctrns Not afraid. Just felt a disclaimer was indicated, without which a male under 40 with Chronic Single Syndrome might be viewed with suspicion at knowing underwear models by name. Or possibly knowing looks, rolled eyes, shaken heads.

Dang. I was hoping to see Alessandra Ambrosio in one of those outfits.

Well, yes. I have to concede that point. But I just really wish they'd tell some other stories, is all.

I'm okay with them making as many movies as they want. If they suck, I won't waste my time; if they don't, I'll watch 'em, even buy them. But the one thing I'd ask: Can we please give fucking Magneto a rest? I'm SICK of that guy, especially given that the X-Men have a pretty decent and diverse rogues gallery.

Echoing the sentiments of @Jess_Astle and @JesWalHok. My day hasn't been bad, but this could've been the day of my wedding to Emmanuelle Chriqui and this video would've made my day a lot better. Just seeing an Ood rock out was enough to raise my mood by at least 75%.

I don't know. Snooki scares the shit out of ME...

I dunno, I've seen most of these — the older ones, like Pinocchio and Oz, while I was a child myself — and not a single one bothered me that much. Like, at all. No offense, but either you're giving kids too much credit, or not enough.

I was wondering if she'd developed Tourette's, myself.
