I disagree that he's miscast, but I'm curious who you'd cast for the role instead.

No yeah, no shame. I already know I'm going to go see the movie. If nothing else, it can't possibly be worse than the last one. And I had fun watching the last one, even though I felt dirty and used after. Sort of like that time in my 20s when I accepted money for sex. (Joke. That was a joke.)
Agreed, totally. Either they want us to see it for the spectacle and seeing Freida Pinto mack on Harry Osborne, or there's something they're holding back. I have no freaking clue what they could hold back.
Well, I should be able to make the LA one. Say about 70-30 for. Any other LA-area people gonna show?

So you're attacking the concept of "rights" as a whole? Because that's all fine until you ask yourself "what if someone else removed all of my rights, against my will"? How does your standpoint hold up then?
+5 internets. Well done.
Regarding "no right to breed", I refer you to Article 16 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. [www.un.org]
Why did you have to remind me of Highlander II? WHYYYYYYYYYYY????!!!!
^ This.
I don't know anyone who doesn't like classical music but listens to it just because it'll make them appear smart. Geez, what a sad thought. What a sad, sad thought.
Gaiman has stated ( a day or two ago) that the six seasons wouldn't be for just the one book and that he's got to start writing the second one, now.
I actually kind of agree with you. The dynamic between the three of them is essential, and I think the three actors in NuTrek have got the necessary chemistry to make it work as three buds against the universe. Erm, despite how cheesy that sentence reads.
I love A Softer World. I love Doctor Who. This is awesome.

Awesome. Next time someone tells me I'm a colossal nerd as a pejorative, I can just point to this guy. That'll shut 'em up.
All of his powers are explained by the "Superman is a psion" theory — which I came up with on my own, but I'm told I'm not the first by a long stretch.
Yes. This!
The Superman guy is actually kind of an interesting fellow. I've chatted with him a few times back in the days when I worked in a building on the boulevard. He's been doing this for at least 10 years — that's how long ago I remember seeing him. That's dedication!
