It's basically like that, except it's daily, questions can be asked of any member of the Cabinet (and also answered thus, so generally the response is given by a designated Parliamentary pitbull rather than whoever it was asked of), and also I seem to recall PMQs having some sort of rule about answers being in some

@avclub-4b8dbaa429f18373947e25594eb17f40:disqus : Yeah, but so did The Big Bang Theory.

Opposition MP: "Canadians are outraged by [minor controversy X]. When will this government admit that it's worse than Hitler?"

Beavers would be a significant step up from our current Parliamentarians. For one thing, it's a well-known fact that beavers can't lie. And their tail-thumping is a much more effective means of communication than the mouth-flapping that goes on during Question Period.

Yeah, but on the other hand, no one watches CBC local news. And on another other hand, reruns of The Big Bang Theory draw significantly more viewers than a Maple Leafs vs. Canadiens game on Hockey Night in Canada. So, you know, *sigh*.

This made me laugh. Then it made me cry.

@eric827:disqus Well, his parents were technically brothers…

EDIT: Oops, nevermind.

You know how sometimes pro wrestlers have midget doppelgängers? I could be that for The Big Show.

DON'T EVEN JOKE ABOUT THAT.

I guess I'm better at watching television than you are, then.

It'll be called "Smash: A XXX Parody".

@Barnitosupreme:disqus There are the penny can pennies.

Yeah. It's not a new phenomenon, is what I'm saying.

Are you Canadian and talking about this week's episode that aired last night up here, with the proposal? Because that is indeed awful drunk-acting, but it's not the episode I was talking about.

Certainly Parks and Rec would be very poorly suited to this sort of thing, but if Community can do animated hallucinations and zombies and alternate timelines, it can pretty much do whatever it wants.

So I guess this means Jack is going back on the wagon?
