A public nuisance arrest? Eh that tends to be pretty minor, might be a misdemeanor if the DA bothers to actually prosecute as hard as possible, more likely a summary offense, ticket, and a few hours in holding.

BUT is the inconvenience doing anything constructive? It’s not like thier were enough of them doing it to be more than a minor inconvenience, and quite possibly a useful prop for the bigots to point at and claim they are so oppressed.

I assume they feel that harming thier perceived enemies and shaping education (I would say for the worse) are tangible results that they want.

I doubt he was aware before the guy was arrested. Since he was blocks away. And the Secret Service doesn’t seem to have been highly involved (they chased him down but it wasn't a large planned operation or anything).
