I think the real problem is that they've been messing around with this semi recoil garbage within the game where slowing down your shooting rewards you with more pinpoint accuracy.

Watercolor is the drying of pigments onto the media; the problem is there no real good way to do this with watercolor as it's nature of being wet means that the paint will mix. In this way, more pigmentation means a darker color.

This is actually more like mixed media considering he's using ink and acrylic paints in addition to the watercoloring.
