Actually a very dark skinned friend of mine is having wild success with her laser treatments! The laserworks best on dark hair, so rather unfortunate for my white stiff chin hair! I shave, and I use techniques I’ve learned from famous barbers on YouTube. Stretch the skin, make sure your hair is very soft etc.
