Were I grew up if there was a crime committed in plain sight people would respond. I was not unusual to see a mob chasing a a purse snatcher. In the US we don't see crime very often and freeze instead of responding. Plus you have to deal with potentially being charged or the large amount of people carrying guns.

Ridiculous waste of a human being.........Unfortunately he wont have a very severe punishment. Shit like this should get more serious than a robbery or any drug offence. I cant imagine what the family must be going through. Any death even due to violence is tragic and its in the best interest of the victims to move…
