I mean.. do you really want voicechat in a console multiplayer shooter?

I hope people never stop sharing this.

I feel like this video should be automatically added to any story about NFTs.

Because crypto is a scam and NFTs are a way to keep suckers hooked since crypto is crashing.

Literally every single person who reads your comment, without exception, thinks *you’re* the “insufferable asshole”.

me too. some of the shit in that subreddit is truly egregious and borders psychopathic. idk maybe pathetic is the better word there? you tell me

That’s the one I actually meant to refer to. I got the titles switched.  Yes, it’s very good

Can we just please be done with mask mandates?

Seriously

Do gamers not do sarcasm anymore

If you like him and miss the good ol’ days of Kotaku, I highly recommend his podcast Triple Click, if you don’t already know about it. Its Jason, Kirk Hamilton, and Maddy Myers. It’s really kept the “kotaku vibe” that I used to love going for me, their banter and insight is still great.

Ken Levine is a fine writer, and a terrible creative director. He works people to the bone polishing his turds until they shine, then when someone finally forces him to ship a product he takes the credit and fires the staff. The results his previous studios put out are despite Ken Levine, not because of him. Even if

Mercurial is just code for being a dick to work for.  Not surprising that nothing has been produced given he has no deadlines, lots of money, big ideas, not enough staff to do his big ideas, and is a big ol dick to work for.  That’s no recipe for success...

This is literally most of corporate America and probably the rest of the world.

Jason Schreier did the reporting, and he is a capital “J” Journalist. You’re falling into the same trap that the video game media did a decade ago: thinking the quality of Levine’s previous projects are because of him, rather than in spite of him. Every single one has the same development history: Levine dicking

I like the bit in Schreier’s article where he details former staffers noting that Levine doesn’t want a large studio but then like the man with “Auteur Syndrome” he is expects 15 people to do the work of 100+.
