This was my problem with BF1. I consistently ended matches in the top 30%, but still I was dying all the time. So I spend most of my time in the spawn screen, and running back to where the action was. It sucked.

This game suffers from the same problem that Pandemic Legacy did: You can get locked into a pattern of getting your ass kicked for many, many games. Then you just slog through out of a misplaced sense of committal and seeing it done.
