Ownership is key here. Who owns these photos? The man who paid for them or the family who got paid for them. The next question is: Does a seller have any say in how their product is used? I would say no and the courts seem to agree with me via the iphone jailbreak ruling.

@Sigismond0: There are probably pictures of the Lewis structure and the molecular formula but no one though it was neccessary to write it out in English letters. Most large molecules get an abbreviation anyway.

My console will still not boot a game up when I turn the console on. I have one profile (Gold, live, set to auto sign in) and my auto-play setting enabled. I paid for my Xbox, I paid for my games, I paid for my Xbox live subscription; Why am I still being forced to watch advertisements on my GAMING console?
