Ironically, my office is cold because it was once occupied by a menopausal woman who had such frequent hot flashes that she convinced the owner to add another vent so she wouldn’t melt. Now I get so cold that when I go outside condensation forms on my nails :P

I grew up watching it too! I could never stand most other tv series where the female roles were super stereotypical- since I myself wasn't stereotypical. I really just hope they don't butcher it or lose any of the girl power it had. I've been re watching it on Netflix lately too

Amen, my husband and I probably drank double what we paid for our drink package. Not having to worry about the bar tab at the end of the cruise was fantastic.

The only thing I don’t agree with is not buying the drink package. My husband and I recently went on a 5 day western Caribbean cruise (without the kids, first kid free vacation in 8 years) so we totally got the drink package. And we totally made it worth it.

If a company’s policy is not to hire people because they took time off to be a parent then that company is probably shit. Which isn’t a great consolation when you are trying to get a job, but seriously, companies that don’t value their people or their peoples families are the WORST.

Taking time off to have kids is hardly “giving up.” Its a practical choice for those that can afford it or want it.

Direct contact with armadillos usually comes from people working in their gardens or, in the case of manufactured homes, clearing armadillos out of their duct work. The little critters just love air conditioning and they love to burrow into the duct work underneath your home.
