That might be the meaning she assigns her royalty checks but it’s not necessarily the reality of things. Not everyone - in fact I would dare to say it’s the vast majority - do not think twice about the artist when purchasing a book, a game, or going to a movie.

She’s already fabulously wealthy so it’s hardly as if she gives a shit anymore anyways.

It’s very easy activism. You don’t have to do anything. Just don’t buy a game.

What you say is intellectually consistent with the belief that all need to be treated equally.

I love when people who say they’re okay with homosexual/interracial romance in TV/movies, but ONLY if it isn’t shoed-in, otherwise it’s just pandering. Wtf does that even mean? I don't see people saying that when it comes to straight or same race relationships.

If you are a fan of the game and have knowledge of the following events, not just in Part 1 but also Part 2, I can’t possibly imagine how you could feel like the episode has no purpose.

I no longer care.  None of that is going to affect ratings in any meaningful way.  Companies care about ratings.  But im glad that the conservatives continue to do everything they can to ensure zoomers and millenials never vote for them in significant numbers.
