I don't think I read any reviews where anyone criticized Carrie personally, in fact most said she was brave to try something new, and I wholeheartedly agree. It may be cliche but it really helps to build a reputation as being a go-to person in a crisis or just generally a well-skilled, easy to work with person. Do a lot of networking, and generally be a person who is ethical and worthy of respect.
