Totally agree. We have 4 school-aged kids. Theres a possibility we will have at least 3—and maybe even 4—drastically different school schedules—we’re talking different days, AM vs PM, etc.

I highly recommend a pulse ox for your finger. I was sick and under strict quarantine for ONE MONTH in my bedroom with it’s own bath, away from my spouse and children, and that pulse ox was how I knew if I needed to go to the ER or not. My doctor told me what was the cutoff number for oxygen so I knew if I hit that…

I have 4 kiddos. If one of them had written this (so many of the answers made me sad!), I would never share this piece of paper with anyone (other than my therapist) let alone on social media. Instead, I would take a good, long, hard look at myself as a Mom, in between bouts of sobbing.

I just had to tell the fundraising committee I’m on for the local high school why it’s not a good idea to hold a gathering of over 100 people-- with live bands performing, no one wearing masks because of all the eating and drinking they’d be doing— next month.

I was already taking 50,000U of Vitamin D once a week—the ONE prescription medicine I am on. I continued taking it throughout my illness, and also took a ton of Vitamin C daily, along with various OTC meds. 

I feel a lot better about wishing it on them, thank you!
