Yes, it doesn’t seem like she has anyone giving her good advice (or anyone she will listen to.) This is clearly a private letter that for some reason she chose to make public. And you can’t threaten your sister to “cease and desist” from relaying your shared childhood and her experiences.

I am 100% hate-watching this show. I fully admit it.

The writing is bad but the line delivery is so ridiculously hammy and over-the-top it’s embarrassing. Chris Noth in particular gave such a schticky, broad performance he could have said “ah-cha-cha-cha” and it would have not been unexpected.

Michelle Kwan has a degree in International Relations from the University of Denver, a Masters of Law & Diplomacy from Tufts, and worked in the State department for eight years.  She’s absolutely qualified to be an ambassador (and her support of Biden certainly doesn’t hurt).

Ma’am, you mean Michelle who has a master’s in foreign policy Kwan right? Or Michelle state department advisor Kwan?, or how out Michelle who has served under 2 presidents Kwan? Because even one freaking click to her insta would have informed you that she's qualified. She's spent the last 15 years devoted to politics.

This is probably the only thing on the McDonalds menu that I’ve never had. My mom loved them, maybe I should try one in her honor. Or maybe do something healthier like go for a walk.

The one obvious part of the episode was you KNEW that a-hole was going to come out of nowhere and shoot the deer with his supergun.

This dude always looks sweaty to me. Like he’d be so much more comfortable in a t-shirt and shorts but that’s no his brand, so here he is wearing a suit and run-walking to a meeting and it’s 85 degrees out and humid as fuck and he’s just all sweaty and beet faced.

Exactly. Abusers isolate their victims and always aim for the weakest and people with the most to lose. Abusers also know how to smile and treat their equals well, and then suck up to powerful people. It’s only the true sociopaths who attack anyone.

One person who could have publicized Rudin but didn’t was Patrick Healy of the NY Times. He was the top Broadway reporter and knew firsthand what Rudin did, but never wrote about it.

If there’s one person that I believe would be gleefully ignorant of the harm perpetrated on others by the status quo that he himself benefits from, it’s Aaron Sorkin. So yeah, I think he’s means what he says here.

Catholic horror is very much my thing, and I’ll probably give this a shot the next time I cycle over to Netflix, but I find it hard to finish Flannagan’s stuff. Like, in the moment, I enjoy it, but I rarely want to jump to the next episode right away, and neither is it something I want to start off a TV watching

I think it was somewhere in between. We didn’t really learn anything about Beard except that he has the same fears and insecurities as pretty much everybody else in the world. It didn’t tell or show us anything about why he handles them differently than everybody else. It was fun to see his world, but it didn’t tell

It’s okay to dislike a single episode of a TV show. You can still like the show. It’s really okay, I promise.

“Look at this script, Jeff. Page 63 - you’re sitting on the toilet. See, these guys have even written in the sound effects. Page 64, still on the toilet. Page 65... 66... Jeez, page 72 and you’re still sitting on the toilet! Don’t do it, Jeff!”

Fuck these “insider accounts.” The dirt was dished in public view for four years. All these assholes were co-conspirators. Unless these accounts are being used as testimony in criminal cases, not interested.

This show would be 80% better without the Masha character. She just drags down the entire show.

The reveal that the Rustralian cult leader is simply getting people to hallucinate to suggestions is pretty underwhelming. But that’s not as ridiculous as if she was actually conjuring up the dead themselves.

On a private note I have to give a lot of credit to this show regarding suicide and drug reaction. I had NO

I feel like this being treated differently because we all generally like JM and think his work is good. Which, I agree with.

After the last 4 years of T#### I see no need to pass on misinformation. If someone doesn’t like the actual policies and says so, that’s one thing - they can be examined. But the beliefs about this are entirely fabricated, in large part by Jay Leno’s writing staff, and I cannot help but think that it played a part in
