Feel it in your heart.
Feel it in your heart.
Sure, though whether Jason knew beforehand that the car had been poorly engineered doesn’t take away from my point that...the car had been poorly engineered.
You must be new here.
I just know far too many people who have been burned.
With $10,000 you could pay the $2,840 due at signing and have about 20 lease payments in the bank. You’d have a fun car, and also have the luxury of a warranty. Sure, you wouldn’t “own” it, but you would avoid it owning you.
“this year”
I think the gear selection numbers/letters were backlit, so, not just a sticker. And the telescoping/sliding plastic on fore/aft of the shifter is pretty rad. Classic 90s engineering right thur.
THANK YOU I was stuck thinking I was in the 80's, not the 90's
You’re WAY OFF, buddy. I don’t know what you *think* you’re looking at, but you’ve got it all wrong.
I can’t remember the last time I saw an LH without peeling clear coat.
I remember when those things came out. After the box-mobiles that preceeded them, the cab-forwards looked like space ships. Even in the ritzy neighborhood near me, where people usually drove BMWs or those cars named after you, a bunch of ‘em got Intrepids and Concordes. There was just nothing else on the road that…
Anyone else find the lack of a steering wheel in that one pic fucking terrifying?
The LED itself may not burn out - but the control electronics or the board they are attached to WILL fail eventually. Very common issue across the industry. And it’s not even really an issue with halogens - my 10yo BMWs still have all their original bulbs, and as I said, they are so cheap, who cares? If you are losing…
You could hear the mechanism if you were in the back seat
Very much the same. I ordered my BMW wagon with good old-fashioned halogen lights. Because when a bulb burns out, good ones from Hella cost $6.99. Fuck this purposeless nonsense.
Beat me to it, and more eloquently than what I was going to say.
we’re also on the cusp of an amazing new era for automotive lighting: the fun era.
Lack of accountability is nonpartisan.
I still don’t know how this isn’t universally interpreted as an infringement on the 4th amendment. It’s exactly what it was written for, to protect against this kind of thing.
I’m about 2 decades younger than the last boomer’s birth but fuck, that is one dumb comment.
