So...the threat worked?

That’s probably true. Nonetheless, that has been the experience every time this vehicle has a problem. If you have another explanation for why they don’t want to fix all of the technology problems, I’m open to listening. It’s been a very frustrating experience that I have never had with BMW, Lexus, or Mercedes, and

My guess is that this is more a policy from Nissan than the dealership. The dealership can only be “well paid” by Nissan if Nissan has the money or desire to pay for the repairs. Since they are hemorrhaging money, I don’t think they want to cover warranty work.

Detroiter here, Last winter I put my snows on in October and it didn’t snow until mid December. I waited longer this year and doomed us all. Sorry Ya’ll.

3rd gear: Let’s not get too ahead of ourselves in praising China as wanting to lead the world away from fossil fuels. Any government support in China, whether that’s for car purchases or anything else, is purely centrally-controlled economic policy. Any environmental impact it may have is strictly secondary.

How much is due to Carlos, vs. how much is due to Nissan’s Japan leadership thinking they knew better and resisting Carlos at every turn when he tried to combine the companies for more efficiency?

Kudos to this vehicle and owner(s) for getting up to 200K. That really is a big feat for the V10 in this vehicle, even If it did get the rod bearings done at one point. Honestly, the bolt is a great exercise in learning what an electric platform will need to do in the states but it’s way too small for mass market acceptance. We are past the point of electric cars being crappy little science experiments for early adopters, we need mass-market compact and midsize SUVs to start coming

How about the ‘Ram Page’?

Bring back the Rampage so we can have the Ram Rampage.

I was going to suggest chicken livers, but noodling checks out

has pricing starting at $23,400

It was a plastic cappuccino cup and if you’re at all familiar with the old Fiat 124, it takes some disassembly to get it out because of the way the car was put together.

Let me get this straight...

They must all be at SEMA. I have yet to see one in the wild.

Sadly Snopes is wrong

Sadly Snopes is wrong. I did a dime in automotive just as the 1970's workers were starting to think of retirement. I mean, people who had 35+ years seniority. A certain percentage of them (not a majority) would take great pride in telling stories of the good old days.  Drunken and stoned assembly line mishaps were
