WouldYaLookAtIt ?? If I could afford it, I’d have an Ineos for each day of the week. Some of the alternatives are lovely, but damn, gimme an Ineos or a 1990's Defender.

Heh. I figured we reached your intellectual capacity pretty quickly.
I wrote put your brain in gear, you did the opposite. Guess no solution from you. Couple other commenters offered constructive solutions that exist already. Those were nice to read about.
Nice! Good reading, and glad to hear folks are coming up with better ways of getting things done.
It would have to be long enough to reach any sized car (tiny Fiat, huge Hummer), parked within a reasonable distance of the charger. If anything, my photo’s squiggles are nowhere near long enough compared to the cord in the lede image for the article.
So put your brain in gear and find a solution, and maybe become rich while you’re at it. A subset of people are rah rahing this stuff just because it’s the new happening. No thought to consequences or negatives. “We gotta do something” without consideration whether that something will actually make things worse is a…
So very much the entire Cadillac lineup with that cute “Q” thrown in for shits and giggles.
So... our future is streets covered in either unrolled cords or broken chargers? Great.
Since we be animals.... the MachE rear end makes me see a toothless senior.
We’re ok with JUST 16K for a battery replacement? On a used car that’s most likely valued at a lot less than that?
But wait! It will get even cuter in a decade.
I see photos from the 80's and 70's, when normal parking lots looked like this. It hurts... but yeah, lost cause.
Gotta love big cities.
Barring a few specific models, I’m disappointed by most new vehicles... specifically due to the color choices. Six or seven shades of the same basic colors everywhere. I wish our parking lots looked more like this (for the color , not the brand pictured):
Not expecting much from a company reduced to selling the Lancia Big Toe and nothing else for the last, what, 15 years?

That front is triggering Trypophobia for every other reader. Take the engine out, burn the rest.
If a passenger leans over to pick something off the ground, they’ll poke their eye out. Lawsuits starting in 2024?
Don’t look at the article’s photos if you’re eating. Oy, what a snoozer. This thing was boring and forgettable when it first came out. The refresh does nothing to change that, except add the “we’re from the future” lack of physical controls while quite a few companies are realizing maybe that’s a dumb approach to…
I seriously don’t get it - If I have the cash for a supercar, I want it to be distinctive-looking.
