I love it! The only other piped sounds that makes me as happy is this EV sound effect:

No one has communisted correctly. Thus all the death, poverty, and grayness.

I don’t know if THIS research is biased. I’ve seen other research be laughably biased from them. Who they are funded by have a specific agenda, as do they. Perhaps this research is perfectly sound. Thus my original point. UCS is promoted as an unbiased truth disseminator because “science” when in fact they are just

I just thought it was a nicer reply than “let me google that for you”

No can do. Am too busy starting a daycare so I can feed babies Pepsi to counter the Coca Cola propaganda.

Does that include the comparative socioanthropology post docs that proved Moses was actually a Slovakian electrical engineer? Your answer matters on how I choose sides on this issue.

I confess. I giggled after reading your comment.

You are the wind beneath my wings.  I never thought of it in such a manner. No sarcasm, I am being utterly genuine.  Mind-blown Monday for me.

Awww, I got suckered by a typo?  I thought you did it on purpose, and lol’d once I got over the shock.

UCS has put out enough biased bullshit that they are suspect. The research used in this article may be perfectly accurate, precise, and checked to the fourth

Wait, you’re complaining about WSJ bias and lack of facts, but use the UCS as a primary source? They’re an advocacy group with a specific agenda, not an actual union of scientists. Using their info immediately makes this article suspect, whatever thoughts I might actually have on WSJ or the subject of electric vs ice

The jalopnik news feed ran these stories back to back and my initial thought was “separated at birth?”

Googling THIS DBS made me run across early 1970's DBS’s, which don’t seem to get much love

No real good win.

Your comment is the wind beneath my wings..

Tempo Matador is still sad that it gets none of this mid-week post love.

Article = 5 stars.

Rhetorical: Why were one-mirror cars ever a thing? Hell, I occasionally see an early-90's econobox that only has one rear-view mirror only, so it’s not that far in the past that everyone realized maybe looking back occasionally might add to vehicular safety. (One mirror purposely.  Not writing about the slobs that

Neat. I especially like the flow-through cubby in back of the cab, under the bed. Looks like it could easily fit three Torches.
