Thanks Annalee. That does explain a lot.

Lindy,

Underwhelmed.

Long live the Conch Republic!

I second your Cheers! Florida is beautiful, weird, fun, dangerous, strange, eccentric, and never boring. It is a wild mix of exotic Latin & Caribbean cultures, Palm Beach-type billionaires, crackers, and beach-bums. There's a reason that so many great writers have called it home.

Excellent article/recap CJ. There are a lot of small irritating nits to pick with this episode, but overall I'm a fan of the show and I like this season. I especially like the post-apocalypse setting and the addition of Etta.

Silly.

Don't bother. It sucks.

Well put.

Two episodes in, this show still sucks.

I thought that the show was flat and added nothing to the post-apocalypse genre. (I know that they're trying to distance themselves from that title, but their attempt to do so is pathetic)

I agree.

I completely agree. The writing was contrived enough before, now it's just getting boring.

Get real. Obama is obviously the first fully animatronic president. Haven't you seen what happens when his teleprompter gets disconnected?

I agree.

Damned fine comment. Extremely well thought out and intelligent. I hope this gets read by all of the up-and-coming SF writers out there.

I agree.

Honestly, this movie looks terrible. Too staged. Too contrived. Hackneyed writing. Cartoonish acting. Fans deserve better.

Plague nailed it.
