Yup, there are a bunch running around in San Diego... and most of them are wrapped.  I’ve seen matte brown, matte blue, gloss maroon.  There is still a bare one running around my neighborhood north of SDSU.  It was the first one I saw earlier this year.  Still see it about once a week, and still bare. 

Good point about the Hornet.  I’ve seen a grand total of 4 of them since they came out.  I’ve seen more Supras than I have Hornets.  

I think that if we do get a midsize truck from Ram, it will more than likely be the Ram Rampage from Brazil than the Ram 700 you pictured. The Rampage is roughly the same size as the Ford Maverick, with the 700 being over 20" shorter than the Rampage/Maverick.

I think I read somewhere that they would be launching with the NACS plug as well.  They would be crazy to not. 

I’m right there with both of you. I am really interested in the Charger BEV, but the pricing is pretty far up there from what I was expecting. I know that Launch Editions are fully loaded, and the power level of the R/T exceeds that of my 6.4L 300C.

I don’t mind the rear.  For me, it’s the headlights.  I think they could and should be so much better.

Agreed with you on the PHEV. The Escape already has it in the platform. 37 miles of EV range. That is perfection. But, given that Ford slow rolled out the HEV AWD.... give it a few years (maybe next generation or another refresh) and then they will have the PHEV to get everyone all excited about.

I’m kinda with you on this one.  After spending a little time in a PHEV Wrangler 4xe, I do like the PHEV drivetrain.  I think modern ones need to come out with a little bit more range (say around 50-75 miles of EV range).
