Star for the Gone in 60 Seconds reference (even if it was from the questionable remake)
Just dont leave your beverages in that compartment when the car is parked in the hot sun. Ive read several accounts of the interior getting so hot and causing those drinks to explode inside the “chill compartment”
They are referring to them as “beast” because the top version is a trim called “Cyberbeast”.
We quote that damn movie all the time.... it’s such a fun romp of a movie. Went and saw it again in the theater for the 25th anniversary. When we got up to leave, the family in front of us (parents and an ~10 year old boy) got up and dad said to the boy ... that’s who you are named after Korbin. LOL
Ya beat me to it. And that’s also my source for historic brochure browsing.
Those look really good!! I love how you had them recovered to match the rest of the interior.
Plastic bags in the middle of the road. I know that it won’t happen, but I have a fear that one of those little pieces of trash will get caught up under my car, attach itself to the hot exhaust and ignite and cause my car to burn to the ground. I know that if it does get caught that all would happen would be that…
Agreed. i am sorely disappointed that the 5000 didn’t make the list.
I understand the tough decision. After getting my 300C, my MSRT8 has just been sitting. I’ve decided to part ways with her, she’s currently for sale.
Watched the video on Youtube. At 00:25, as the tow truck driver drives away in the background looks to be an unmarked Explorer police car(?). Did they just watch this go down and decide not to do anyting?
haha.. i see what you did there.
According to the site, the surge pricing will be active during high travel times, which JetBlue has determined will run from the second half of April through June 20th, and then from June 20th through Labor Day.
When the Acheiva first came out, I thought it was the best looking of the N-bodies (Achieva, Grand Am, Skylark) in 2-door form. It always surprised me that they came out with the SCX to go racing! Kudos to Olds for that.
