I agree. But, enthusiasts and marketing folks tend to look at things a lot differently.

My hubby’s 2011 E350 Bluetech had a column shifter. I think all W212 E-class had the column shifter, except for the AMG versions.
Yeah, I kinda thought the same. But, those are typically referred to as the 300 “letter series”. It started with the C-300, then the 300B, 300C, etc all the way through “L”. They weren’t just “300". There were 300 non-letter series cars in the 60s, so I thing those should be the first-generation 300.
Absolutely starring for the Garp reference.
The EcoDiesel wasn’t around when the Magnum was. However, in Europe the 300 Touring (Magnum with a 300 front end/interior) was available with the Benz sourced diesel engine.
The Proudia/Equus twins look like they are the GTA in-game version of the 1G Lexus LS400
This exactly!! If Carfax is using any of their reports of “Odometer Discrepancy”, then I wouldn’t trust this reporting. Carfax is only as good as what goes in from whoever/whatever is reporting it to Carfax. You get shit input, you get shit output.
Agreed, folks on this site should know about the V8 Volvos. I always love posting the vids of the uncorked S80 V8. It sounds SOOOOOOOOOO amazing.
I initially thought GMT400 Stepside... but the bed distracted me from the rest. That cab sure does look 94 Ram 1500
I was also surprised at the pics, the last two vault tours that I did you couldn’t take pics. I assumed it was something due to reporting... but I guess things have changed recently.
Yeah, i will agree with you there. At the time of the resurrection of the Charger name in 2006, the US was deep in the retro craze with cars like the S197 Mustang, retro T-bird, PT Cruiser, New Beetle, etc.... the Charger should have had at least some of those cues. Hell, the SN95 & New Edge Mustang had more…
I am definitely looking forward to the new Dodge Charger/Challenger for a lot of the reasons you stated. Curious to see how the ICE car’s front end will differ from the EV with the “R-wing”.
Interesting... I knew that the Cimarron was a rush job on the J-body, but I hadn’t heard that it was originally supposed to be an X-body. I often thought that the Cimarron would have been better received as an A-body (an evolution of the X-), so I guess that was the original intent.
The Fox Body 5.0 Mustang was the car me and most of my friends drove back when we were in our 20s in the 1990s.
