Think it needs some more refinement
Looks like a fat-finger on the 10-key.
Well for him to legally sell it to someone that lives within the state of California, it’s the sellers responsibility to have a valid smog check passed before the sale can legally take place. I have a feeling that it will either be sold out of state or placed in non-op, or if he goes the sketchy route keep it and…
6.0L LS Swapped in Los Angeles, and only 3K miles since the swap was completed. Has current tags. Looking at more pics in the ad, registration is due in August. $5 that this thing is not a smog legal swap in CA, didn’t go about it the right way, and is looking to get rid of it before the registration comes due and it…
It really does. There’s one tooling around my neighborhood and everytime I see it I just stare at it. When the late afternoon sun hits it... damn is it the best green color out there.
I agree. When the F10 came out it was beautiful. and still one of my favorite 5ers
Neutral: I’m really partial to the greens that have made a resurgence in the past few years.
I think you got your bed lengths mixed up:
I experienced my first time ordering a car this past year, my 2023 300C. Granted it was a limited model and Chrysler had the new reservation system up (which has had it’s fair share of issues, mainly with the dealers facilitating the transaction).
It definitely had. Surprisingly on the outside it had very little body damage. I remember the Caprice had a huge dent in the right front fender. The Taurus still pulled pretty well from what I remember, it had more power than my mom’s 91 Escort that I had learned to drive in. It got up to freeway speeds plenty…
Around 13, I first learned about shifting gears from the passenger seat of my moms 1979 Chevy Chevette 4-spd manual. Almost everywhere we went, if mom was driving and i was in the passenger seat i was doing the shifting.
Reading your response got me to thinking about other manufacturers who have tried to muscle in on the Big 3 in the full size market. Both Toyota and Nissan have tried it.
It’s been one way or the other for a long time.
Mitsu needs to go back and partner with Ram again. The basis of the truck will be the L200/Triton, build it stateside along with a platform-mate Ram Dakota.
Even at 18 years old I knew more about the cars/trucks i was looking at than the salespeople that were helping me.
Tom - When you encounter a dealer like this, do you add it to a list of dealers that you won’t do business with again? Or if the right car shows at this dealer again would you attempt to work with them?
It’s a heavily revised version of the existing platform. The current truck is the T6 platform, and this is referred to as the T6+ platform. From another article I read on the new Ranger:
It’s South Pasadena, it doesn’t get cold.
I could have done the same, but the 2001 holds meaning for me. Currently restoring one that has been in the family since 2004.
