Most people couldn’t name a WNBA player if there life depended on it.

The WNBA needs to be careful - people may become disaffected and stop following their league.
“...and each player who wore a black shirt was fined $500.”
It takes a lot for someone to look like a bigger douche than Rovell...and Dana White did just that
Yep a glitch.
It could be worse for Pistorius. The most inhumane punishment would have been forcing him to represent his country at the 2016 Summer Olympics.
It’s like a playground for burners.
It’s a chicken and egg thing. You say weird people with dumb ideas tend to gravitate towards UFC, I say that if someone gets punched in the head for a living they will eventually become libertarians.
Quoting an actual communist about collectivist politics is what really makes this article work
They probably also feel more open being overtly political when their boss in the UFC is a conspiratorial loon. Most commissioners/presidents of sports leagues are button down business types obsessed with PR. Not that Dana White isn’t a profit seeking branding asshole himself
Excellent work! And while we’re on the subject, this is Ronda Rousey on Joe Rogan’s podcast talking with Eddie Bravo in 2011.
Looking at some of those foreheads, I’m gonna go ahead and say steroids may have an impact.
Yeah. You think sane people sign up for MMA?
Repeated blows to the head. Substance abuse. Abusive relationships. Emotional issues. et cetera.
As if they would ever admit that it was anything but a glitch?
“I didn’t even know Mexicans were that smart.”
Barstool Sports subreddit, which I swear to you is real and the worst place on the internet.
Big Cat is a Chicago institution. Barstool does have a writer, Carrabis, who is way too qualified a baseball writer to be working there. His analysis’ are usually pretty spot on. Only thing that makes going on the site worthwhile now....well...boobs too.
David Portnoy has that scummy look of a porn director coming off a 10 day cocaine binge.
I liked Barstool as a college kid then lost interest. I have to say though Dan (Big Cat) has a fantastic podcast called Pardon My Take. It’s an excellent satire on typical sport journalism.
