It's great, now if they would just force games to work with A) Large DPI system fonts (an almost requirement for PC on TV), and B) have in game text that is readable on a 32+ inch hdtv at resolutions >800x600 (and 1024x768 doesn't really count either).

The problem here is that DRM doesn't do much to stop piracy (Once one kid on the internet cracks it.. game over, it's out. Being complicated just delays that first crack). The problem is also that the always-on DRM just causes those of us who paid for the game problems.

While you can to some extent say "This character does not work if they are not " for actors who are on screen (And even then that's a marginal excuse, sometimes the best person for the job does not match racially what the director had in mind originally.. see Nick Fury in the last marvel run here, for instance).

It's not really a remake.. The tv movie was a bit more true to the source material from what I understand. The modern one was a different take (read complete rewrite of the story) because the whole Carlos subplot doesn't make sense any more.

It's not just this bear.. My toddler watches sprout and nick jr, and they always show situations where the characters encounter bears (or lions, tigers, whatever, ohmy).
