VAAAALTREX!!!!!!!!!! Insanely expensive in the US, but so worth it! My parents spend a lot of time in Mexico, and get it for me cheaper from a farmacia that they know and trust. It doesn't always fully prevent the outbreak, but the whole thing is over and done in less than a week for me. I always have one in my purse.
