This seems silly to me - if you have time to photo your fridge, you have time to make a list.

30? How about 25? Shit, even a 21-year-old checking out high school chicks is icky. There is a world of difference between 21 and 18.
Again, probably not - the footprint of these places is very small and putting in gas pumps at an existing location would eliminate parking spaces. Plus, to put in pumps, these places would also have to add storage tanks and there’s nowhere to put them, either. New Jersey is crowded and space is limited. In the…
I had the black & white mocha the other day and it was underwhelming. There was little difference between that and the regular mocha.
And at LITERALLY every single level. From the breakroom at McDonald’s to the kitchen at French Laundry, I can guarantee you this kind of thing has been going down for decades.
There are, but not very many. They are starting to be more common but they take up a LOT of real estate and space is limited in a lot of parts of the state.
Holy shit, you mean NJ isn’t in the tundra? I DID NOT KNOW THAT. [eyeroll]
It’s a mindset, though - I go to the gas station to get gas. If I need convenience-store things, I go to the 7-11 (or QuikCheck or Wawa), which is not attached to the gas station. Those two errands aren’t combined for most people because they’re two different locations, for the most part.
Not necessarily - many stations in NJ are just gas and maybe a repair shop attached. Some are starting to have convenience stores as part of the deal (likely with an eye toward self-serve in the future) but they are, as yet, few and far between (except on highways). So, no - not every gas station has an “inside” where…
Hahahahaha you would think so...
I’ve lived in NJ for nearly 20 years and I will legit stab someone if they start making us pump gas. I know how to do it, that’s fine, but it was TWO DEGREES this morning and I didn’t have to get out of my warm car to do it. Nor do I have to when it’s raining, windy, my hair looks weird, I am in pajama pants, it’s too…
STAGE PARENTS, even. I fear nothing so much as stage parents.
The Target I go to never has more than 2 checkout lanes open anyway so thank Jeebus for the self-scan.
There’s nothing wrong with this at all, especially if the staff gets to know you and your preferences. Is it weird? Only if you make it weird, buddy.
I bailed on this show about halfway through. I’m sure it’s great but my tolerance for watching people make shitty decisions is extremely low.
We seem to do better with a 3-gallon situation. 5 gallons comes in at 2 cases which can be a LOT if it doesn’t come out quite right or is a style we were experimenting with. But 3 gallons seems to be enough to have some on hand and give some away.
I had to put my Facebook beer groups on “hide” because the FOMO is so strong. There are SO many good beers out there that I will never get to!
I love this beer and have been known to pair it with vanilla ice cream from time to time.
For sleep - look into getting a weighted blanket. I got one for Hanukkah and have been sleeping like a dead thing for the past few weeks. It is GLORIOUS and well worth the cash (for me). I was a professional insomniac for decades until this thing and holy shit, sleeping through the night is literally awesome.
