Because it’s not pretending to be anything it’s not. A character commented about The CW to another character who’s on The CW. It’s silly fun and it knows it. As opposed to Zack Synder v Competent Storytelling, where we can’t go five seconds without slow motion so you just know very important what’s happening really

The Purge: Anarchy

She didn’t say it was her call, she said that it was something Oliver should have talked with her about. That doesn’t mean she thinks she should have a say, just that it was something important to Oliver that he should’ve felt comfortable letting Felicity know before going through with something that was obviously

I was totally on board with Zoom and Jay being literally split personalities, but then I couldn’t figure out how the man in the mask could be a third Jay. It could still be Henry in the mask, but there have to be either 2 Jays or 4; 3 doesn’t work for me right now. Also, I think the super-scientist Jay we know would

Oh my god, 4 twins! That works! I’m still expecting the Man in the Iron Mask to be revealed as another Jay, but couldn’t reconcile there being 3 Jays without going to Earth-3, but Garrick told us Hunter Zolomon was adopted on Earth-1. He may have a long lost twin, separated at birth, and the Zoom reveal showed us not

This is about as good a theory as any.

Howdy Cowboy.

Sure Supernatural got pitchy after season 5, and I get why people jumped when they did. I did a full rewatch recently and I have to say despite the ups and downs (I’m really looking at you first half of season 8), there was stuff they did with the back half I really did enjoy. There have been some great eps in season

I present Edwin “I’m Peggy’s biggest fanboy” Jarvis:

That’s the one I married.

My opinion is best summed with a gif.

Spawn - So, if I got this right Todd, your movie is a crime drama, and from time to time, Spawn is going to jump up from the shadow, kill someone, then disappear. But Spawn won’t be the main character, just a “ghost” popping up now and then. Oooookay, that is one way of making a Spawn story. Would make a great comic.

Not sold on the Spawn synopsis. C’mon, Todd. Can’t you trip like I do?

Brotherhood was the pinnacle of the series. I feel like nothing significantly new has been introduced since then. And that’s a problem.

I think Brotherhood represented a good improvement over its predecessor as well, but I agree with you otherwise. Yearly installments were killing this franchise.
