Wow, I might actually like the game then.
Wow, I might actually like the game then.
Hahahah I tossed mine out but it took a whole year. Now I’ve got a shitload of books from the new expansion and living story. Ugh.
Man, you should see my bank in Guild Wars 2. Full of so much literally useless shit, but I just want to keep it around for whatever reason.
I suggest Deadspin then. Top notch shit over there.
Then why are you even here?
He fully explained all the reasons to not love it. It’s like people don’t read the damn articles.
Everything takes 100x longer than it should.
And they can do it because they’re confident people will stay ignorant enough on it to vote for them again.
What about student loans? Also considering all my shares in my company, but I don’t want to fear monger. Plus, I’m relatively sure it won’t be horribly affected by the economy tanking.
Which is exactly why straight ticket votes and voting associated with any political party should be immediately outlawed. You should be voting for a fucking individual, not a party. This party system is doing nothing but promoting voter ignorance.
This is exactly my problem. Until gen X and forward starts moving into office then we’re likely going to be left with a pretty large amount of ignorance on the medium.
Yeah I seriously don’t understand why people are defending them. How many people die every single year from this and yet somehow they aren’t responsible?
Agreed. Get rid of the random chance and just raise the prices on individual extra skins, emotes, whatever. As long as you can dictate exactly what you’re purchasing and not leaving it up to whatever slot machine chance they’ve decided to use.
They’re using the excuse of “oh it hurts addicts” when all they really give a shit about is the state of the game.
Then don’t expect to get content until the next expensive expansion comes out.
Blizzard added a way for you to buy the specific cosmetic item, which changes things completely. If you could ONLY get them at random, then yeah, fuck that.
And what about the developers who rely on non predatory microtransaction practices to fund the continued development of their games?
By that logic BF2 lootboxes aren’t considered gambling and same with Smite since there’s only so much you can get.
Are you sure you understand what an addict is because it sure doesn’t sound like it.
I have to agree with your last line. It does feel like people are using them to get a game changed in the way they want, which is completely fucking despicable.
