Judging by the number of pedestrians flipping the truckers off in Victoria, I’m inclined to say that no, in fact, they are not supported by many Canadians. 

Regarding GoFundMe money: a marginal political organized the GoFundMe. In Canada, political donations could not exceed 200$, So this money cannot be used.
