Vanilla is the basis of so many good flavors though. For example, I’m a butter pecan person myself. But you know what the base flavor of butter pecan is? Vanilla. If you don’t like vanilla then nothing else about the flavor will work for you.

I mean, never personally been a huge fan of straight chocolate chip due to the aforementioned reasons in the article, but also, why have regular chocolate chip when you can step it up with mint chocolate chip?
