If I paid $200k for a flight into space and it was not like a super intense theme park ride, I would feel cheated.

The big problem that I see is that the limited field of view of the camera will only allow the user to be off axis a relatively small amount, although an add on wide angle attachment with the camera would probably help. Also you could make a small periscope device to use the higher quality back camera for actual eye

How about keeping the spices in small ziplock bags (to have a miniumum of air in with them), and keep the bags in a small box in the fridge to keep them fresher.

Actually, it is not even the most profitable ones, it is the ones that are most easily made profitable that win.
