@deafblindmute: I use mine probably 80% of the week at my home office or at the coffee shop. Why did I buy it? Portability - with my blutooth keyboard, Dropbox, GoodReader, and a few specialty apps, I haven't carried my 9lb laptop in probably five or six months.

Buy and read a copy of AntiCancer by David Servan-Schreiber. I can't recommend it highly enough - good evidence, good research demystified, and great recommendations based on cultural and scientific observations and experiments.
