So long as there not directly copying a specific pokedex, wouldn’t they be just fine? Most player know more or less what they want from a pokedex (red, something that open, maybe some light), those are things nintendo can’t really copyright.

Pretty sure no one could actually sell the product, so they are just giving away the file so people can print it themselves (still against the law, but way harder to stop since it isn't a transaction source).
