Sean MacDonald was fired about two weeks ago, right after he bought a new truck to haul bikes around in. Yesterday, Máté Petrány was fired while he was writing an article for Jalopnik. There has been zero disclosure about any of this, and people that have asked about it have been greyed out.

My point was that none of this junk is genius. Not even the best stuff. In the end it’s just fun entertainment.

Superman has been active long enough in this timeline to be a grown up, widely known figure in the world by the time Supergirl arrived on Earth, and this show is set 12 years after that. Superman is probably in his mid to late 30's currently, which is the age of both those actors.
