The only issue for me would be if there is a game/gameplay option that for whatever reason cannot be done on anything else but the Series X or PS5.

CoD’s a bit different in that it’s primarily a live service MP game (the SP content is mainly for marketing) which heavily monetizes MTX and DLC. It behooves MS to maximize its potential player base for that reason. That’s why Bungie’s next game will be multiplatform too.

Honestly can anyone really be surprised after the temper tantrum Sony threw at the ActiBlizz acquisition?  MS would’ve played ball and had COD on PS, a larger playerbase for a multiplayer-centric franchise like that is an easy decision.  They might’ve negotiated for TES and maybe even Starfield if it weren’t for all…

I have been playing sea of stars via gamepass, so thats another $35 towards GP.(Among a few other games)

I sub to pretty much every gaming service, but I would agree that its time to start reviewing the value proposition of each.

For me its pretty simple as I dont play online games.

That’s $285 worth of games compared to the $137 for nine months of the subscription. Paying out of pocket, I probably would have only actually shelled out for Starfield, Hi-Fi Rush, Planet of Lana, and New Vegas, which is $130. And therein lies the rub.

This is very snowflake behavior from people that are always complaining about snowflakes. By default the pronouns conform to traditional norms, they are already chosen based on your chosen body type it’s a deliberate choice to change them. And ~40 hours in I don’t see how it affects gameplay one way or another.

I honestly wasn’t expecting that from Nexus, good on them.
