I used to do inventory management for a retail company and the number pad and I became lovers. To this day I still use it when doing anything with calculator on the like on Windows.

We should just call it “The Social Media Service formerly known as Twitter”, just to be especially petty.

Agreed, this is the first time I have ever wanted to spend money on a keyboard. That Classic NES theme is amazing. But lack of a 10-key is a hard pass.

LOL, yes the lack of a numpad on most mechanicals is a shame.  I can’t explain why, I mean I have never been in a situation where I NEEDED that extra 3 or 3.5" of space. Heck I can’t touch type, very well, but I can blindly bang out shit on a numpad.

They found what looked like a tape backup, but it turned out to be Laserbeak in disguise. (He was part of a deep cover mission to make Starscream look like an idiot...)

I mean, screw job requirements. Sometimes I do WILD AND CRAZY things with the numpad like doing my freaking taxes. Or paying bills. Things that a numpad makes wayyy more convenient.

Considering there have been countless apologies from all sorts of japanese public officials over the years, I’m not sure japan is the petty party here.

Seriously, I have no idea why anyone can manage without the numpad.

yep, which makes sense, if you are developing software with a single configuration in mind and then push it out to thousands of configurations there are going to be pain points that didn’t show on your dev rig.

Hi, I’d like to report a typo in the article. Several times, it uses the word “prank”. However, it is more properly spelled “attempted murder”.

The interesting part to me is that on a 7200 RPM drive it is actually fairly playable which indicates that at least for this game the speed necessary to run it well is only a little above the average speed of a good HDD rather than the massive increase in speed of an SSD that has been the pushed narrative by Sony.

Nintendo does what Nintendon’t

The “original sound” links back to his personal tiktok account, nobody else could’ve done it for him without access to the his account

I think you’ll find Nintendo is in fact Nintendo, friend

They have permission. Explicitly and contractually.

At the center of the dispute is a widely used voice clip of Fantano saying “it’s enough slices!” The clip originates in a 2021 TikTok that features Fantano reacting to a pizza being cut into increasingly smaller slices. Fantano looks on appreciatively for a while but the slicing just doesn’t stop, prompting him to

Ah yes, I had that issue, but somehow got past it only to encounter a new issue where my only save left me without enough firepower to get past a flame-throwing boss. I really enjoyed the game up to that point, despite the OTHER bugs.

The glitches and bugs were really this game’s downfall, there were so many and they popped up so often. Also, the map sucks ass, it’s terrible and hard to navigate.

me and friend were trying to play it about a year ago (via GP) but the bugs really got in the way and we had to give up. it definitely has a great look/vibe to it.

As time goes by I see less and less pieces of popular culture in general as art. Expressive, certainly, and containing artistic achievement, of course. But wholistically as Capital A Art? I feel like that’s somewhat more rarified in a culture where attention and expression are so commoditized.
