Someday I hope I get the chance to own a fully-electric Wrangler.

They are, I believe, picking it up in Wilmington.

No, they’re on the east coast.

I don’t think I wanted to know your Willys was still available. I’ve had several dream Jeeps pop up recently with no way to grab them.

900, but who’s counting?

Given that you started out with a complaint about Raph’s attitude, yes.

(I realize you’re pro-mask, but my point is it’s perfectly reasonable to be upset when people aren’t wearing them.)

Appropriate clothing is one thing. Risking foisting deadly virii on everyone nearby because you’re too lazy/vain to wear a mask is an entirely different ballgame.

Folding windshield => NP.

Yeah, I don’t think the people voting CP on this have any idea how much old Toyotas sell for. I’d prefer something from the 60 series, but those are even crazier.

And zero visibility.

Except it’s a lot easier to off-road when you can see what’s around you.

Stick to mobile for this one. The desktop/iPad experience is a slideshow and it sucks.

If you’re going out for a few hours, it’s off-roading. If you’re doing it for.a few days or longer, camping along the route, it’s overlanding.

I drove one of those one evening. Loved the turning radius.

And I just realized this is an old post and I shared the same information when it was published. Heh.

I regret I didn’t make note of the publication date, but here in Indianapolis around the same time the Local Council of Women declared the bicycle a menace to morality.

Certainly not now that the cars disintegrate instead of the drivers. I don’t know how often it happened in the early days of racing, but those cars were very tough.

I seem to recall that in the old days, race cars were robust enough that if a driver died during practice or qualifications, it wasn’t all that unusual for someone else to drive the same car for the race.
