I like Imperial Assault and Descent with the apps, but I’ve found that the scenarios get really grindy with having to fight wave after wave of constantly spawning enemies.  Does this game feel the same, or is combat spaced out a little more with exploration and interaction challenges, ala Mansions of Madness 2nd ed?
