I noticed the bit about there being no dodging back when they announced the controls, and I fear how that may restrict the player, seeing as it's something of a staple for Action RPGs (and it lends to them being faster paced as a result). Regardless, I'm interested to see how it'll affect the gameplay.

People want anime/manga movies for pretty much the same reasons people want live action comic book movies.

I dunno if I'd say Elder Scrolls is anywhere near as close to The Sims in terms of having a life. ES is more about being a class, but there isn't actually much life stuff you can do as a living, breathing, multi-faceted individual, even with mods (though many do add more realism).

I dunno, when I really look I can see some similarities, but only because it's being framed with a Wind Waker mindset. Had it not been introduced that way, the thought probably wouldn't have even entered my mind.

They don't have to be happy, they just have to be good.

You can't really go beyond indie unless you get a publisher. Indie games can be as large as an Elder Scrolls title and as popular than Call of Duty at its peak, but unless it has a publisher, it's still indie.

Eh, I dunno about that. The aesthetics have evolved, but the stagnation of pokemon through generations doesn't really make the original games unplayable (that's not to say there haven't been big changes, but nothing that would make Gen 1 and 2- or even any generation prior to a specific one- unplayable, though XY did

Given Goku's recent slump in the Fighting Game market, I think you should give him this. He's had it rough.

You read my mind XD

Wow. It's 2014, I really thought we were past that stereotype. It's been a common thing for anime to parody since the early to mid-ninties. Then again, vocal minorities.

The others are better- or at least the Inazuma Eleven 2 is, but I really like the effort here. They didn't just take the 3DS version and paste the European dub onto it. They changed dialog so that US fans would be comfortable and did the voice acting from scratch. So, at the very least, I'd recommend the 3DS

That's what I thought as well, and it stopped me from getting into it for a while. Then I played it- back when it was Europe/JP only- and I've been a fan ever since. Inazuma Eleven's not really a series that requires any sort of interest in sports, and I know a number of people who like it and feel the same. It's a

There's not much they can do about it without raising prices through the roof.

Twin Snakes was one of the best remakes I've ever played; I can't see Revengance being more like it being a bad thing.

Ninth, it may not be the best on the list, but lag is rarely a problem, and it makes emulating most previous generation games a breeze. Still wondering about overclocking it, though.

This'd be great news if EA weren't still the publisher.

That's quite the twist.

FPS as a whole destroying gaming? No, I don't think that's it. In fact, I personally have nothing against FPS as a whole (heck, Goldeneye 007 remains to be one of my all time favorite N64 games). It's not so much that First-Person Shooters, as a genre, have a negative impact on gaming, it's various games in the

I've actually wanted a 3DS XL since the 3DS' release, and am not at all disappointed with it. I had a DSi XL and loved it to death, but when I bought the 3DS I was surprised at how small it was by comparison (which is a big reason as to why I play my DS games on my XL rather than my 3DS).

Was it really so hard for them to call it Final Fantasy - The Four Heroes of Light 2 (or something to that effect)? It's ironic that with games like the "Secret of" series, they'll gladly put Final Fantasy on it, but when it comes to an actual FF game they don't.
