It wasn’t AWD, it was Real Time 4WD mister!!!

These ugly, yet beautiful gems.

For me, it’s the 1st Gen Civic Wagovan. I owned one that looked like this:

Follow up: I mean...if you’ve never really looked at Citroens, just look at this thing. What the hell is going on with that transmission? One-spoke steering wheel? Pop-up glove box? Pneumatic suspension? This is a 50 year old car.  With a few material and tech updates this interior could have come out this year.

Took long enough to get this.

There’s just something about the ugly-ass Javelin that gets me.

Came for this.

there’s a yellow one in my area I see monthly that I always point out to my less-than-enthused wife. the second I can afford to get outta my shitty 800sqft loft and into a place with a driveway or garage, this bizarro turd is gonna be mine... preferably with that crazy red-orange interior

There are plenty of cars that I like that other people think are ugly, but they’re all obvious: Pontiac Aztek, Mustang II, etc. And there are some that I think are hideous and can’t stand that other people seem to like: any and all Hummers, SN95 Mustangs, any Mercedes after about 1983.

You’re right. It’s not ugly, it’s hideous.

The car i really liked that no one else seemed to was the second generation xB. with the spoiler (looking like a backwards baseball cap) and lowering and tint they had a muscular look that i liked. Its a well designed box.

The 76 AMC Pacer from Wayne’s World makes me Schwing! The Mirthmobile. Because I’m a Gen-X that loved his hazy 20's in the 90's.

The Juke R

Well, see, these can’t possibly qualify for this thread, because they are absolutely gorgeous.

The Impreza WRX STi Spec-C Type RA-R.

I’m partial to these, I just saw Tom Cruise driving one in the beginning of Rain Man.

My first inclination is the Gremlin X.
