OR the mom did it thinking that if the kid initiated the text that would leave her less responsible. If the son thought she was so obsessed, why wouldn't he just give her the number, especially if he was ok texting the kid that.

There were plenty of UM students but they weren't that upset about the loss—it all started after the news stations posted up with cameras on campus.
