For reference, it takes sixteen points to fail the test - and things like backing into the cones while parallel parking is a solitary point. Her parents refused to let her drive home, because they didn't trust her on the highway.…

I don't have a terrible story, but I do think it's awful that I got my MD license without having to do any road test whatsoever. All I had to do was circle a parking lot behind the DMV. Back then, there was no road test in MD, which I found incredibly stupid.
