Why does it make you livid? They're not saying THE OBVIOUS FAKE RAPE VICTIM, it's literally just a descriptor in the interest of judicial neutrality. She is the accuser, they are the accused.

I am pretty sure rape and murder are two different things. They're both definitely awful and deserving of harsh punishment, but I have to say that I'm dubious that they ought to be evenly weighted on the legal scale.
