I'm OK with it. Hell, when I was a kid, we used to occasionally make Reubens with corned beef, pastrami, and sometimes even ham or smoked turkey included. The important thing, though, is that it has to have corned beef. The taste of corned beef is a vital part of the Reuben experience.
