A decade or two ago I hired a lawyer to help me get a ticket dismissed for speeding. I had proof that I wasn’t speeding (work truck with route gps, dispatch had record of every minute of every drive for insurance reasons, and only to be used when things come up which was rare).

I can see why lawyers would be against it. Just like cops are against armed drones. But I am all for this.

But how else am I supposed to bring my entire identity as a person with me when I travel!?

All the public needs is an ELECTRIC car. No AI, no software subscriptions no panel gaps or hidden features only accessible by the company when you’re sitting in a hurricane or other disaster.
