You’re talking about situations where the pregnant woman is either being attacked or defending herself. Both are light years away from a pregnant woman starting a fight.  Ie. the difference between a victim and a perpetrator.

There was a case of road rage where one of the irate drivers was pregnant and she lost the baby. I’m not sure what happened legally but it’s definitely a quagmire. I guess it depends on whether you think a fetus has any rights or this was just a legal self-abortion in a sense.

I just wonder why so many tourists feel they need to take a picture of every single thing along their travels. I’m not talking about pictures of your friends with Stonehenge in the background. I see people taking phone pictures of things behind glass cases where you can easily find much better pics online.

The ADA rules would protect a wheelchair user who needs access to the event but this is a building code issue especially if it’s a public facility. A private event, as I see it, only needs to comply with safety laws. The thing is that the potus has extraordinary security that can easily be used to circumvent some laws.

But aren’t social media companies (businesses) bound by law to not discriminate against protected classes? A private function can be racist as hell still be legal, correct? I’m not a lawyer. :)
