I will never understand the red-light creep. Bonus points when these are the same ones glued to their phone when the light goes green!!

You are not wrong. From a manufacturing perspective, they are all built side by side on the same assembly line. I am sure keeping the same engine in them keeps things simple and cheaper. I hope the rumors of a 2nd generation coming... be curious how they deal with all this.

With the height of the ledges and climbs, you can get your front axle over the top before the rear end starts climbing up, so often only one axle is climbing at a time. On the shorter wheelbase, you end up having both axles climbing an obstacle at the same time. Its harder.

A couple more potential reasons i came up with when owning one:

The longer wheelbase is a huge benefit for the type of terrain you find around Moab.

Sometimes life gets complicated and you put your best foot forward but then look back and realize that there were other options youdidnt see at the time.

Not a day goes by that i dont think about how fucking dumb i am for selling my BRZ. EVERY. DAMN. DAY.

The new Supra isnt selling well either. Crazy.

Too slow but very destructive.

One car is exiting the intersection before the next one enters.... WHY!?

EVERY. DAMN. DAY. I face this with the only left turn on my commute. I have a short timer before i get on the horn while they look down oblivious to the green arrow in front of them. But hey, i am the asshole for paying attention and honking lol

I had to scroll WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY to far to get to this comment. This times a billion trillion. After watching a woman in front of me plow through a group of kids in a lit/marked/flashing red crosswalk while texting on her phone.... Man fuck people that choose to be that addicted to it.

Thank you for the visual of shoving your badge in the face of an autonomous car. Made me chuckle. That would be one hilarious sight to see. It is a bummer though that in the immediate aftermath of an accident, those that dont have a badge would not be able to help direct traffic though.

I want to know how the software will differentiate from a law enforcement officer and a civilian....

Neutral: What Would It Take To Get You To Ride A Harley-Davidson?

If you are in the dirt to begin with, your facing mixed traction situations the entire time. To simplify it for you and others, if you have a tire, a spare, that isnt identical in every way to the remaining three, through it on a corner that has the hub unlocked, whether that is manually are with an ADD system. For

Care to explain this and how it adds added stress to your drivetrain? I am curious now of what the explanation is. It is the more bizarre reasons I’ve heard before.

I KNEW you were gonna come back with the 5 tire lasting longer argument, and you are right. It does blur the lines some. My confidence comes from regular inspections i complete due to how many dirt miles my rig sees.

Counterpoint: I run a 235 spare tire under the bed of my truck. I run 275 tires of the same diameter, i sure as hell am not mixing it into the rotation. Sure it isnt that old yet but at the end of the day, that tire is meant for limping to a tire store. It is protected from the sun, holds air and has plenty of tread.
